If I had a soldering iron at home (to make an IR penlight), I'd be doing this right now. Looks really cool!
(I don't even have a Wii... but I'm probably going to go out and buy a remote and bluetooth reciever just to do this, once I get back to school where there's a soldering iron) -

You do know you can buy a soldering iron for about $5, right? I own a gas powered one... which is pretty efficient, and the cans are cheap... cost me £20 but it's well worth it for some of the stuff I build
