Could you please make Channel 9's UI somewhat customizable so that we can turn off all avatars (on the left and next to the message posts) if desired? I often browse Channel 9 while connected to work via VPN and it would run much faster if I could
turn off the avatars.

I agree, plus, the avatars take up loads of screen real estate.
