Edit: Doh! A little while after posting this I came across some video transcripts on the Wiki link here
http://channel9.msdn.com/wiki/default.aspx/Channel9.VideoTranscripts buts it's only got a few, every video posted here should have it's own transcript...
Hi,
I just registered with Channel9 and I saw the video forum post titled something like "Sheila Gulati on Winning hearts and minds of developers in India"... So, I right-clicked the "save" link to download it onto my desktop at around noon (few minutes ago). The
download progress says the video is 40+ MB and should be done around 8pm to midnight, depending on my modem speed fluctuations or maybe any disconnections.
So, thats about 8 to 12 hours and my internet connection (BSNL dial-up modem) costs about Rs. 25/- per hour. So, after opening up calc.exe to do the math its going to cost me around Rs 200/- to Rs. 300/- to watch the video! So, to which Microsoft office do
I send the bill? 8-P
But kidding aside, if some Channel9 team member is reading this, I just wanted to suggest (ask if it's possible) to also publish a "transcript" of the videos? Maybe along with some time-based screenshots (single-frames) at some intervals to give a general idea
of where in the video the transcript is currently coming from? Just to make it easier for us low-bandwidth visitors to glean all the cool information in the MSDN (India) blogs and forums...
Cheers,
Vishal

Last time I checked, the video files contained multiple bitrates (300, 110 and 44kbit/s). This makes them 10x bigger than they need to be if someone just wants the 44k video.
