Next time it happens, do this:

Start Menu > Run > 'CMD' (no ' ' ) > Type:

C:
CD \
tasklist >> Tasks.txt
tasklist /svc >> Tasks.txt

Then open the file called Tasks.txt (when you have sorted the system out..) and paste it into this forum. Smiley
