Up until the last year in the summer, I've been using MSN as my ISP (I got broadband heh). Naturally, I used a msn email account. During the fall, I was happy to see my account upgraded to 250mb, as like other hotmail/msn accounts. However, I was less happy to see it degrade in a week back down to 2mb, which I'm guessing is due in part to illegitimate 2gb signups. I submitted a bug report, but had not received any response for almost 2 months.

I was wondering when these msn accounts will ever be "re-upgraded," as I'm not the only user affected by this. (mother, sisters, etc.)

And please, don't anyone suggest gmail or something. The entire point is so I don't have to switch.
