I'd more like to know why Lenn is still being portrayed as a Microsoftian. He works at Skype now, he could even use that to fake that he is a genuine Microsoftian and use it to his best advantage. Although knowing the kind of person Lenn is (at least the Internet Lenn, I don't know the non-internet Lenn), that's unlikely to happen.

No need for extra DB calls... just add a bitfield on the Posts table, PosterWasAMicrosoftEmployeeAtTheTime
