Hey Doc, you can run multiple instances.
I've been doing that on Vista to help migrate accounts over to 2008.
(Technical Evangelism, not for my own accounts.)

You can color code your DBs in the 2008 MS, have another instance open and use query windows to copy and paste.
It's actually better than the old Query Analyzer with MS back and forth method, uses a lot less resources.
