Managing the huge amounts of traffic such a blog would generate would be hard enough, but securing it against the horde of hackers and wannabes that would view taking down the server as a holy act would be simply impossible. Hosting it on Linux/Apache might confuse them for a while, but sheer mindless hatred will send the server packing eventually.
