Yep you need to re-install Chrome if you've done the upgraded install as Chrome actually sits in your User Folder and not Program Files because Googles so smart they don't like to follow standards because they give some guff about working with user profiles ... so as it's in that folder Windows doesn't take any notice of it come upgrade time ... nice one Google very impressive.
