If you're going to do instructional videos (especially with Visual Studio), don't use Camtasia's highlighting and typewriter sounds...*sigh* it's just way too distracting

The mouse click sounds just like the cocking of a WWII German bolt-action rifle.
Or maybe a really big Snapple bottle cap.
Either way, I agree, They're distacting and usually mixed way too loud. -
