Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a game I used to play on the computers in Primary School, it consisted of a man in a blue outfit and he had to make his way through various maps by going through doors and over/through various surfaces, such as water, ice, fire etc... to do
this he'd collect coloured keys for each doorway and use ice boots and fire boots to walk on ice and walk through fire as well as various other similar things.

Did anyone know the game Rockford? When you played all the levels the game asked for a Disc 2 but I never found it.Bas said:

"Is that... legal?"
The version I played was the original Lynx version. I'd love to have a good port of that. I'd give it a shot if I had any idea how to go about porting a game. -
My first games were on the MSX2, we had a bunch of disks filled with games. I can't really remember the names though. The most memorable ones were some kind of Asteroids clone (called Alpha iirc), and a game based on the Goonies. There was also one where you were a pyromaniac and had to destroy an entire building before the firemen could put it out, it got harder as the game got on because some sections would collapse and if the barrels of gunpowder in the basement exploded you'd die and lose too. And some kind of secret agent game. And a Dutch game called "De Grotten van Oberon" where you were a flying saucer flying through caves, having to avoid obstacles and answer trivia questions to get doors to open.MasterPie said:

I don't remember my first PC game. Commander Keen (the first one) is a good bet, or at least something from that era. -
Conan the Barbarian on a IIe in grade school.MasterPie said:
