Appears to be for US customer's only (shipping address details US only).
So is this an offer, or an error on the site?

Apparently ArsTechnica says this is real...it lasts until Sept 30th. Free Technet + DreamSpark = Wonderful.

Nope, it's UK and Canada as well, you just need a different link.
(And what was the point of a URL shortener here? It's not like you're limited by space)

Expiration Date: 1/1/1900
Is that normal? =o
Or am I going to benefit from a y2k bug in the site and get an unlimited subscription?

WTF is a "Consumer Pilot"? Is this a real Tech Net subscription or an invitation to receive spam?

Appears to be a real subscription (although apparently only for a short time). I could access the product download page (and I could have downloaded something if IE8 hadn't choked when trying to install the donwloader).
I'll be monitoring incomming email to determine if I start getting spam from this.

I'm in but I can't get any keys. MS may have already shut it down.

I'm getting the following when trying to submit my information
"Error
We are unable to validate your customer information and proceed with your order at this time. "I think maybe they've shut it down already, because my account is a real one (and has been used to purchase MSDN and other stuff) -

I made a copy of the "Review My Order" so maybe later I can submit it since it basicly is a purchase agreement.
Same thing with me getting the Error message after trying to submit.

The keygen is kinda broken, it takes some time until they appear in the product key list. If you click too often, there will be like 10-20 keys in your list, because that's running in the background or something.

We don't have any 140-character limit here, so why bother with the URL shortener? It just makes it harder to know what we're getting into before clicking.
