An Office Live guy is upset that people are excited about iPhone OS 3.0.

He's comparing apples to oranges in this way: iPhone OS is so buggy, users are rabid to download the latest releases, ad infinitem.
Windows users don't need to download the latest versions with baited breath -- it's a PC, silly, not a Phone, and much less buggy.
A friend of mine loves her iPhone but says the software Apple puts out is much worse than any Microsoft products she's experienced, FWIW.
If Windows 7 were a free (or $29) in place upgrade for XP and Vista users with a tightly controlled application market I bet you'd see alot more people installing it 10 minutes after release.

Sorry, John....but I'm on my third iPhone generation, and none of them have been 'buggy.' Especially when compared with certain Windows updates I've experienced. In fact, I'm finding iPhone 3.0 (both on my 3G and my brand new 3GS to be pretty damn slick and useful.
