He is a glutton for punishment. If you are an ASP.NET developer, then it's won't harm you if you maintain your own blog, in fact it will raise the price of your stock.
I just like tyhat fact that for $10 a year I can point WP to my domain, and they do all the heavy lifting. Different horses for different courses though!

Oxite is also made by the original C9 developers. Some of them are now focusing their work on an entire open source CMS written in ASP.NET MVC.
