Channel 9 icon

Ive attempted a C9 icon - so thats what my link will be in IE.. it looks pretty good on desktop - but at 16 x 16 its pretty bad haha

see below for sample.. here's a zip  of the .ico file as well as the head psd... maybe someone else can "repair" the 16 x 16  ( the circle white head i find hard to replicate at that size..   maybe just a "9" no image at that res.. not sure





Side note:  Why cant i make the icons on the IE "links" bar - big?  it should work like the other icons.. ie; "Customise" on right click

Thanks Jamie..I'll play with it a little and see if there is anything that can be done ythat you haven't already. You might be correct on the 9 only.

Quick question...I've been unable to figure out how to post a picture in a thread? Could you let me know how you posted the screen caps?

Jamie, my avatar is a 16 x 16 icon, you can tell when you go into my profile because it looks blurry. Which I "found" and thought was pretty cool so I used it. But it shall soon be changed, once I find the pic I want...

I like your website thing, the part where you have smileys is my fav. Also whats the picture of in the reply you posted above? For some reason I can't see it.

Its the best feature of this forum..

- open any webpage..

- right click any image - say copy

- come back here and say - paste

thats it

if the image is not on a page - paste its url in IE and load it - do same as above

or For fun copy anything you want and paste it in.. grab google and paste it in

( it wont work right now - but it did before the edit post bug)
you can also use an iframe:

yes - what ever it is needs to be online..  ( http:// bla bla )

Speaking in general about this feature I love it, but you guys realise that damage that could be done by malicious people using it ... right?

Like in that i frame above - someone could have pasted a looping reloading pop up porn etc..  perhaps even blowing up browser..  they could do it all over the site..

I only mention it as I have an asp interface much the same ( with the pasting) * see below; but no one will use it as it's "too dangerous"  ( various asp portal sites i work with.)  Thanks for the ammo: "Channel 9 uses this - you should too!"  but arnt you worried? Also - as i said - i love the feature - please dont just /remove it/

Made this background today, used your edit of channel9, added the shadow and text, as well as the little head.
