Personally I find the videos the main attraction for a repeat visit to Channel9. In fact I think they're great. The moblog is fun and the echo chamber can be interesting.
I haven't really caught on to the forums as much as I thought I would. I still prefer blogs and newsgroups for the content and interaction.
