To be honest, it's hard to say whether that's entirely the fault of crappy documentation (though it is crappy), or the rather quirky and inconsistent nature of the various Office Object models which is heavily magnified once you start wrapping it in Interop stuff. I always found you needed to go to the underlying object documentation to clarify the wierdness in those sorts of cases.
