Can custom hubs be created? For example can a news hub be created where news applications could coexist?

I noticed that there have been pauses and stutters when transitioning between content.

Are there plans to make Silverlight XAML pages indexable for search engines like Google and Bing via an SDK for search engines like the Flash Headless Player? Until then developers will be compelled to develop a 2nd website or portion of a website using HTML wherever Silverlight is used in order for all text in a site to be indexed by search engines. The need for this extra work relegates Silverlight primarily to business to business LOB applications rather than public facing web sites like Amazon for which Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a necessity. Here is a longer version of my question: When will Silverlight Search Engine Opimization (SEO) catch up to Flash?

Silverlight and SVG compete with eachother. How come that Microsoft suddenly shows interest in SVG? Is it because of HTML5?
