I am looking for a portable knowledge base app that I can have on my thumb drive to take all my notes with my while I am on the road.
Does anyone know of any good ones?

Maybe something like this:

I'm sure I once saw a really good tutorial on this (may have been on a local hdd rather than a USB drive) by someone who used this kind of thing in their day to day life, it may have been someone big in the blogging world. I can't for the life of me remember who wrote it, or where I saw it. Anyways - the above things is more or less the same idea.
I like evernote.
It will sync notes between PC's and you can upload from iphone, android and windows mobile
You can install it on a thumb drive as well.
If you dont have the thumb drive with you and cant install it where you are, you can always use the web interface.
