I learned today that Silverlight 3 & VS2008 R1 are currently approved...
Commonly held beliefs include one that SL4 & VS2010 will be deemed ok by end of the summer...
I've not heard back from msfdcc@microsoft.com - EDIT: I've now heard back -
"You will have to check with xyz, ...but many DoD agencies use those tools."
