I just saw http://windowslivepreview.com/essentials/ ...a very well done website. FINALLY! It is clear, not a mess of lose text. The product overview is excellent. Boxed out and clear design limits for each section of text.
Compare that to http://www.live.com and you will see what a mess that live.com is right now.

Indeed, it's a very very good website... If only it brought some great news instead of the feeling they missed the target with Sync...
Also: the 'Embed' functionality of all the video's does not work... Embedded video's on my site won't play.
Now begins the long and slow road towards localization...

Wave 4 is really cool but it's frustrating not to be able to try these apps out. I understand it takes time for the services to be deployed and ready but they could have easily announced it within 2 or 3 days of deployment instead of 20 to 30 days before deployment. I hope they don't do this in the future.
In any case great work by the team. Now in for a long wait .... to really appreciate their hard work.

Yeah, that is the Microsoft way. Announced way before release.

1. The text on the buttons called "Product overview" and "Download" are not vertically centered.
2. On this page, some of the body text is in Segoe UI Light (aka the Metro font), while it looks nice for titles and sections, I dont think I quite like it for a lot of body text. I would have prefered plain ol' Segoe UI.
