A while back i remember seeing a bunch of Microsoft web services. I went to the web page today and tried to sign up for a developer token and it told me the service is down (This has been for the past 2 weeks, every day). Is microsoft still creating and working on web services or have they just taken down the web services?

Please provide the link to the page in question. Web Services are not in creation, they are used all over the place by tons of companies. I wrote several for the City of Tacoma and they are in use 24/7.

We are using Web Services in several applications, such as Search, and the Downloads page, as well as, MSDN. At this point most of these services "behind the scenes" and not publically exposed yet.
