Okay... not completely, for instance, C9 is still up, and I can access the sites via

But I can't access *.microsoft.com, microsoft.com, msn.com, *.msn.com, and the like.
Is anyone else from Europe/UK having issues?

Maybe Uk, then. I started by noticing the msn groups this morning, but then i noticed messenger wont sign in, msn isnt there, msdn isnt there...
Oddly, search.msn.com is there. Also, if I sign on to messenger on my mobile, it works, and other people I know in the UK are online.

Netherlands is fine. Sounds like a provider problem. Which one do you have?
In stead try to ping www.microsoft.com. That way you can find out if it is a routing problem or a DNS problem.
Maybe someone can provide you with a resolved IP of www.microsoft.com for direct access if it's a DNS issue. I'm inside an http firewall setup at work, so I can't resolve it for you.
Perhaps you can add another DNS server directly to your TCP/IP settings...
