Kudos to the BBC for actually doing something like this, which is in stark contrast to the MPAA who's now suing the pants off anyone distributing free-to-air TV shows.
But are they going to do something about people paying to download if they're outside the uk? It's only the people in the uk that pay the license fee after all... not that I'm saying they should - but I seem to recall reading something along those lines a few years ago on the BBC website.
