Maybe it's just me (I don't think so) but Chris Pratley's blog is one of the most illuminating I've found for explaining how things came to be and offering pointers to how things might in the future, er, be.
What I would dearly dearly love to see is something as well-written and informative from the Excel side.
We have a number of MVP and other Excel bloggers that are valuable, but they're how-to's, which is fine. But it doesn't give me that perspective on how we got to where we are (and I've been Excelling since v3 in 1991) and where we might be going. And I'd love
to read that.
