Um, Gnomedex is a conference held every year by Chris Pirillo. Microsoft didn't have anything to do with its planning. Microsoft sponsors the conference. But, so did Google. So did Yahoo. So did many others.

My statement was based 100% on the "Microsoft & Lockergnome Present" on the gnomedex homepage. If that statement is false then they shouldn't put it there.

Well, when you give Chris lots of money he puts your name up in lights. The only thing Microsoft presented was the RSS session. Everything else was planned by Chris and his team. Did you see the open source session? Did you see PT doing his geek stuff?

1) i wanted to try it out

2) my free website's bandwidth was blown on day 2 after I released the video to the wild (thank's 1&1 for the worst customer service yet)

3) i had not where else to post it that i wasn't prepared to have go over it's bandwidth limit
