It's on Saturday, October 22nd. And just like last time it's free and being held at the Microsoft Reading campus.
No firm details yet (they're appealing for speakers at the moment), but the first one was a big success so it's worth putting the date in your diaries if you're South of England based.
Initial announcement is here: http://www.craigmurphy.com/blog/
Web site for the event is here:

I always think it's a shame there isn't time for more hands-on type training in these days.
How about running some 2/3 hour sessions along side the presentations with laptops (2 people per machine perhaps - xp style) and run mini hands-on training sessions?
I'd be happy to run something like this - I could possible provide 6 laptops too, though it would be much better if MS could help out here.
Cheers
Ian

As there was more presenters than number of sessions we all got to vote for which sessions we wanted to see. I noticed that some of our fellow C9'er managed to got enough votes to present session because it's a community day no-one from Microsoft runs any of the sessions which is cool.

Developer day looks such a cool idea I thought why not do this more regularly?

Do you live in the Guildford/Surrey area? I am thinking of setting up a .net user group. Non profit run by developers for developers. If you are interested please email me at: alex@devcafe.co.uk (Please note I am not connected with DDD Day in any way)
Thanks,
Alex

Alex,
why not get in touch with VBUG (Visual Basic USer Group) - dont worry about the name though, its all about .net (vb or c#)
have a look at www.vbug.net they would already have members in that area and resources you can use... we are always looking for new coordinators.
