I want to get some shots of the 9 guy in Minneapolis - how do I get my hands on one?
-

would it be possible to send 9guys to all your offices in different countries? (aka - toronto canada
)
if i knew i could just go drive there and get one - i would
* drive an hour rather than spend 50cents on a stamp (or how ever much a stamp costs now) and then wait weeks? i dont think so -
I already got one... I sent in a postcard, and also e-mailed Scoble. Not sure which method got me one but I am really happy with the little guy

The 9guy was in Minneapolis last week at the Microsoft WWPC, the WWPC was in Toronto last year...

Receptionist: Hello welcome to Microsoft Mississauga, Ontario - how can I help you?
Me: Hi - I'm here for a C9Guy
Receptionist: Umm what?
Me: You know - the little c9 guy rubber thingy
Receptionist: Security!!
Me: no no - it's a little effigy
Receptionist: FBI!!
Me: It's Robert Scobles project!
Receptionist: Oooohhh. the scooble thing!
Yes - I have some - just a sec...
..oh .. the cat's gotten it
Me: (deliberately) Have you in fact got any c9 guys at all.
Receptionist: Yes, sir.
Me: Really?
(pause)
Receptionist: No. Not really, sir.
Me: You haven't.
Receptionist: No sir. Not a one. I was deliberately wasting your time, sir.
Me: Well I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to shoot you.
Receptionist: Right-Oh, sir. -
Jamie, aren't you the guy who came up with the 9 guy?
-

I prefer to get a card. You'll see why on a future show. But you can email me too.

So you ARE updating that wall, then? Because the Moblog says something different. -
Nice
I'll send a postcard in
Speaking of postcards, Other than getting shots of the 9 guy in Minneapolis (at first ave, maybe at Paisly Park) I plan on getting the 9 guy on http://postsecret.blogspot.com/ its going to be hilarious, I got it all figured out -
I also will send a postcard. I don't have any grand plans but the 9 Guy will have a happy home in my office. I have a Zen rock garden (no, not the $6 one, the bigger one) and two foot-and-a-half-long battery-powered bugs (that FIGHT! and REALLY LEARN!) and the Hunchback of Notre Dame Happy Meal wind-up Gargoyle figure, and lots more. When some Microsoft reps visited our company, my boss and our marketing person asked me please to keep my office door shut during the visit. Really.

I'm thinking of selling the 9guy's brother (got two) on e-bay.
How much would that go far?..
Starting bid.. 50! < - PERFECT! Drivers ed, here i come!
