Coffeehouse - Some questions about the SSK and submissions (aka: it is getting to be the time)

OK, it is getting to be the time to start thinking about packaging the contest entries, but there are still a number of questions:

- The sample entry: There was talk about a sample contest entry that will show us how it should be done. What's in the zip, etc. Should we wait for that or just rtfm and build our zip files accordingly?

- The shareware web services: there was also talk about 3rd party services that would process our registrations through SSK by now. We need to setup our ssk client side parameters to point to a service, no? Where should we point the client to for the contest?
The default localhost service? Will there be a service setup for the contest?

I have similar questions, could we get this clarified? Will the test machine have the service running locally? or will my site have to host the service for my app to be judged?
