Do you guys have Father & Son days at Microsoft?
And if so, what are you allowed to show them, what, and what not, why, and why not?

We do participate in the 'take your sons and daughters to work day', although this year we're hosting it later in the year due to space availability. On a related note, in a few weeks I'm going to have some first year CS students in college shadow me for a couple of days to show them that it's worth staying in the major, that jobs in the tech industry are cool, etc.
What you can show will depend on the group... groups working with partners on next gen hardware will probably have stricter rules than most others. In my experience it's usually left up to the discretion of the employee. -
