For our core R&D type roles (Developer, Developer in Test, and Program Manager), they typically aren't part of our evaluation criteria. For some other roles, like Consultants, they may be more of a requirement ... but even if they are, we (recruiting) don't have access to the database of certified professionals or their test scores.
