Coding contest: Where should the URL point to?

Where should I point the URL in app.config (Client) ?To http://localhost/SharewareService/SharewareService.asmx or somewhere else?

So that means I have to get 2.0 hosting and put the webservices and DB on it? I think I read somewhere that the judges will have the webservices and DB on evaluation machine..

mmm I think u're right ... to test all the soft must be in the same machine

This may be late for you guys, but the free hosted service for the Shareware Starter Kit is now up at sharewarestarterkit.com.  Once you create an account a developer token is created.  The site also gives you tools to view the submissions.
