Don't forget the most important thing about Contact Us forms. Someone, whether it's a user needing help, or a new client wanting to make contact...will be using this form. You don't want to hinder those people.
I didn't mean "who cares about email", I meant that these Contact Us forms should be open and should never hinder those using it.
Do you really want to lose a client because the captcha on your contact us form is annoying and error prone just so you don't get spammed by bots on the rare occasion?
