Hey, i have an HTC windows 7 phone right now, i have in the past owned prior windows based phones.  I think my questions are valid,   sorry man but with my experience with microsoft and the development world i am having real questions about what is happening.  on the one hand i do not want to b***ch all day but i am not going to just keep buying the MS line w/o checking the facts.

So why not just do exactly that and leave others to decide wether or not access to the SDK matters to them?
