Applications of Machine Learning

Not long ago (I forget where) there was an article about Microsoft's call to implement machine learning in its product portfolio.

So where do you see machine learning in future applications?

Currently, I just wish a feature called Genius would live up to its name. In particular I wish machine learning could be used for interesting music recommendation and automatic classification and playlist generation.

But that's just a small application niche albeit with a huge market.
