Only a good computer programmer can judge the employ-ability of another computer programmer.

A mediocre programmer cannot.

A bad programmer absolutely cannot.

A non-programmer can judge nothing.

Yet, strangely, that is exactly what seems to be happening everywhere. IT recruitment firms are filled with non-programmers who know jack about programming computers. And their job is to find computer programmers suitable for highly technical job mandates that the clients give them.
