If I drag out and undock a .cs document then try to move some selected text by using the mouse, I get the "can't do that" icon. Yet when I re-dock it, it works again.
I am running VS 2010 Pro, with Service Pack 1 Rel.
I run multiple monitors incase that makes a difference if you are trying to replicate the bug.

You should search and see if someone already posted it to the team, if not post the bug youself.
Repro-ed. It let me drag from the undocked to the docked, but not vice versa.

Also within the undocked file you can't move the text to a different spot in the same window.
But this doesn't happen all the time, I got it to work as expected when playing around, but when I closed Visual Studio and opened it again, the bug showed up right away again.
