so i have one of the first 360 models with the usb antenna thing for wireless. i can connect to the internet on an unsecured network (i think a neighbours) but not xbox live, and cannot connect to anything on my internet. the little usb thing for wireless has one antenna and the light on it is always red. couldnt find anything useful online, anyone know where iam going wrong??? thanks in advance.

Well for starters you're stealing someone else's network connection. Which makes any diagnostics useless.

i said i had tried, it worked more on that one. however i went into a shop and they said to bring it in and try a new wireless adapter on it. so they will help me from here. thank you anyway for all the useful advice.
