<repeat> Nice logo! </repeat>

Yup, we saved the fun logo for coding 4 fun.
-
@jeffsand: i assumed as it was an open source style initiative - that a community made logo was in order.

@jeffsand: Very cool! I was wondering when the Coding4Fun blog would get an update because it has been quite dated the last few months.
Nice new way to search en explore artikcles. Googd job porting aal that information guys!
One remark: 'See it in action' opens the Zune desktop software and then gives me an error "This can not be displayed" in my local language. Is that becaus I don't have a phone? The should stille be able to explore the apps rigth ? I'm not able to go to 'apps' under the marketplace section, the link is just not there.

I suspect it could be that the marketplace is not available in your locale??

@jeffsand: I'm from belgium, Windows Phone devices are availble for purchase (www.windowsphone.be) and I have the newest version of the Zune software (its in Dutch).
When selecting Marketplace in the main UI, I only get the 'Films' options, where I used to get an 'apps' option also. This behaviour does not change when I log in or out of my Zune account. -
Oopse, didn't see your thread. Awsome guys.

@CKurt: i updated it few times a month with an article, just migrating that much data can be a pain. I know it went dark for past few weeks as I was working on the migration tooling. Syncing new data and comments was a time consuming process and I am still slightly doing clean up work.
I intentionally kept some projects and posts back since the migration was looming.
As always, if you guys are interested in doing a neat project / article, we should chat

@CKurt: interesting on the MP link, that is what Apphub gives me and the apps are set to worldwide. I'm assuming with the .be you're Belgium?
-
@Clint: Yes I'm from Belgium. I have some other friends who do have an Windows Phone and they also are not able to access the 'apps' section of the marketplace in the desktop software. The marketplace on the phone itself does work.
If we click links to the zune software it says 'Not available in your Country' BUT IT SHOULD BE.
A guess: Belgium has two main languages French and Dutch. Dutch is the same language as used in 'The Netherlands' a country where the marketplace and phones are nog officially available. Maybe they blocked the marketplace for all Dutch speaking people? Instead of people located in The Netherlands? It's a classic Microsoft internationalisation error.

@CKurt: can you email me so I attempt some things? clint.rutkas@microsoft.com
