I did the clean install option from upgrade RC to RTM. But they have those Windows.Old folders, and I cannot remove them. They eat up a lot of my SSD spaces and doing a Windows 7 Backup is not ideal like this. Is there a way to download the ISO and redo this?

@magicalclick: In the control panel, go to File History. In the bottom left corner, you see an option called "Windows 7 File Recovery". From there you get the old Win7 style backup options, including creating a system image.
Yeah, this is ridiculously hidden and I have no idea why.

oh yeah, I found that, but, now I have problems backing up because I have a lot GB of old Windows folders that I cannot remove.
Yeah, it is ridiculously hidden and specifically calling it Windows 7 Backup.... sigh.

@magicalclick: I would suggest trying to take ownership (from the Advanced permissions window), and make sure you select to replace owner on all sub-objects. Then set yourself to have full access, and again select to replace permissions on all child objects with inherited permissions. After that, hopefully you'll be able to delete it.

@magicalclick:Use Disk Cleanup (properties menu on the drive), it can remove folders from previous Windows installations. You probably have to click the "Clean up system files" button.

Cool guys, I will try those.
thank you. -
Disk Cleanup takes care of it. Removed almost 7GB of stuff from my drive.

I have trouble with security tab, but, the disk clean up works great. And I just noticed there is another way to reset my computer from Metro Setting. I will use that more often after I made some really important Win7 Style backup.
