Crockford's latest show

Crockford can be annoying. He said the people of Tyler, Texas were uneducated and prone to decide in favor of the company filing the lawsuit. Not like the sophisticates in California, he said. Then the jury decides the software patent was too broadly applied and Crockford gives all the credit to the lawyers and company fighting the patent troll.

That would matter if you were to take his assertion for "technologically sophisticated" californian. And that's a generalization that I simply can't accept.

@PaoloM: I couldn't find a stupid map. But, a hate map should do. It seems like California has more hot spots than Texas.
