Is it me, or does he have severe ADD Tongue Out That talk just went above me, I guess I don't relate well to category theory.

There are some things that you shouldn't expect to fully understand right away.  Erik is usually working hard to bring it down to practical use, turning theory into practice.  That's hard to do.  What don't you understand?  (Believe me, there's plenty I don't understand and I've been trying as well.)
