I'm Commander Shepard and this is my favourite store on the Citadel.
@cbae: They do. Windows has had the ability to play h.264 video out of the box since Windows Vista.
IE9 also uses h.264 for HTML5 video, but I suppose Google wants everyone to switch to WebM anyway on that front.
