Although I have some concerns regarding the UI changes coming with Windows 8, it's premature to say whether or not Microsoft is on the right or wrong path.

Ultimately, I don't care about ARM compatibility, more apps, or security. What I'll be looking for in Windows 8 is performance and resource efficiency.
