It seems it only happens when I make a thread with the same title and body as my original thread.

I was getting errors when I tried to add posts. Restarting IE8 seems to have fixed it.

@Sampy:I just lost a post in the government RFP thread. I got the oops page instead.

@kettch:I don't always get the error page. Lately it seems that about 1 in 5 of my posts just disappears between when I hit submit and when the page refreshes.

@kettch: I have similiar problems before, did you notice the url went to login.live.com and went back ?
