I know this is so nip-picking, but,....

I know this is so nip-picking, but, because of the extra width, the medium tile is actually bigger. Meaning, you only get like three rows of medium tiles instead of four. It makes medium tile and wide tile less attractive as they take up so much spaces.

I don't have a solution on top of my mind. So, just being picky.

@magicalclick: Yeah, but the smaller size lets you fit a lot more tiles on that first screen. Some of them don't need to be medium, like mail, messaging, etc.

Windows Phone 8? Noting that the double-wide tiles are carrier-specific, so there shouldn't be too many, if any.
