Copyright should prohibit someone from not copying your work, but if they reengeneer, I really dont see the problem with that.
I would welcome two Kinects on the marketplace, then we can see what it's actual market value is. Now Microsoft has the monopoly on it and can ask whatever they like. It would still take several years and much investment to copy it. So I really dont see the problem.
