I have two apps on the WP app store (WP7 apps) and I didn't have any problems with Microsoft getting them approved and I'm a nobody.  Big Smile  It actually was fairly smooth. 

My only beef is I wish their apps sales and ad revenue poured into the same account instead of maintaining separate accounts, with different minimum payment reserves, totally different management sites, etc.
