Well, everyone was expecting a fall, and they fell, but it wasn't as bad as many analysts thought it would be. The softening PC market was responsible for most of the hit, along with problems with supplies from Thailand.
The entertainment division had a good Christmas, and Office sales seem to be weathering the recession (surprising).
The good news was that the online division actually pulled in a decent sales gain, though it's still about $5billion in the red.
