@cbae: The zip file itself gets marked when it's downloaded, the contents don't (and couldn't as a zip file has no concept of streams). The issue is whether a utility extracting files from a "blocked" zip should add that information to files it extracts.

I'd agree with you it should, but I'm also not surprised most don't.
